How to care for this item: 

The best way to clean spots is with cold water, a toothbrush, and baking soda. Apply the diluted soap mixture to the jute rope with a clean toothbrush or cloth. Rinse well and dry it in the air. Vacuum regularly, spot clean, cold machine wash, cool iron and dry clean recommended.

The pouch bag is shipped folded/rolled and will have temporary creases, using this pouch bag or straightening with your hand will make the creases disappear over time, or iron it for quicker form. Also, you can fold it for easy storage when not in use. Jute products may have a smell due to the craftsmanship of the jute rope, but it will disappear after a while.
